HoldenMail wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we have done

• Text and background colors chosen to meet contrast guidelines.
• Every link and control can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Headings in order, so screen readers can move through each page.
• Descriptive text on images and on links that open a new tab or a PDF.
• Animation turned off for visitors who ask their device to reduce motion.

Other services we use

Account sign-up, sign-in, and payment happen on our mailbox platform at mail.holdenmail.com, which is run by a third party. If any part of that process doesn't work for you, contact us and we will complete it with you another way.
